5 out of 5 starsThis collar is perfect! It fits nicely and is of great quality! Plus I cannot get enough of the print! I am not one for pink so finding a tropical flower in blue, I just had to have it! The shop owner is terrific and responds quickly to messages. She is also super helpful and nice!
