Abrí la Wool Gallery en el sur de Islandia, en un vilage llamado Vík í Mýrdal / en verano de 2015 y 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 /. La galería está abierta para la temporada de verano y está situada en un contenedor del ejército convertido. La historia del contenedor es muy interesante. Originalmente pertenecía a las tropas del Pacto de Varsovia y fue comprado por los islandeses en 1990 a un vendedor en Alemania Oriental. El contenedor se utilizó para la esterilización de instrumentos quirúrgicos. Ahora el contenedor del ejército se ha revitalizado y tiene un propósito diferente.

I opened the Wool Gallery in the South Iceland, in a vilage called Vík í Mýrdal / in summer 2015 and 2016 , 2017, 2018, 2019 /. The gallery is open for the Summer season and it is situated in a converted army container. The history of the container is very interesting. It originally belonged to the Warsaw Pact troops and was bought by Icelanders in 1990 from a seller in East Germany. The container was used for sterilization of surgical instruments. Now the army container has been revitalized and serves different purpose.
