This is my third order and they are always perfect, unique and special! I used one for my wedding card box, and the other two for a little time capsule for both of my sons 1st birthday's. They are timeless and amazing!

Payment
1) Payment & Lead Times

Payment: We currently accept credit cards through Etsy and through PayPal (no need to have a PayPal account - you can pay using your credit card or e-check without an account).

Lead Time: I currently have a 2-4 week lead time to make then ship most orders. Some orders can take 4-6 weeks.

~Shipping within the US generally takes about 3-4 business days to arrive. Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Please include the date needed by in the "Note to seller" when checking out.

~If I am shipping your order outside the US please be aware that International orders can take 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on customs or postal schedules. If you would like Priority, Express, or Guaranteed Express mail, please convo me for a shipping quote. **Please note that due to the weight and size of some orders, the lowest price for shipping will be priority shipping.**

~ All orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. These are fees that I cannot quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for. Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order.

2) Personalization
For all personalized items: Please note in the "Note to seller" box your personalization requests. If this information is not supplied in the message box during checkout, your order may be delayed. If you forget to note the personalized message, please convo me with your invoice link and the message you would like. Requests for extra engraving or painting might be an additional fee. Please convo me if you have questions about personalizing your order.

3) Custom Orders
I love custom orders and creating special unique designs. If you have a special request please send me a convo - where we can discuss all the fine details and get an order created for you!

4) Reviews
I appreciate every order and I dedicate time and care in creating each one. If you are pleased with your purchase please do leave a POSITIVE review, comments and/or pictures (I love to see your pictures!). If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, let me know right away, I do my best to make everyone happy! There should NEVER be a reason to leave a Negative review. I want you to LOVE your purchase and want to work with you until you are satisfied!

I love my products being featured on blogs, in magazines, and print! Thank you for your interest! For larger print publications I do offer samples for featured articles & photo shoots. Refunds and Exchanges
At Go Rustic we want to ensure that all of our customers are happy. Be certain that when you choose your product it is what you want, we cannot exchange/refund simply because you change your mind. However, if your product is defective or not in keeping with the rustic nature of our hand-made products, we will gladly exchange your item with a new one and cover shipping cost. You must advise the seller of the defect within 48 hours of delivery for a refund to be considered. The product must be returned in the same manner as sent within 3 days of delivery if it is determined that the product needs to be sent back to the seller.

**Please note that most personalized items will not be eligible for a return or refund, unless as noted above.**

***If an order made and shipped, but the wrong address was given at the time of purchase, the customer does have the right to pay for shipping a second time to a corrected address. No refunds will be given for personalized items.***
