Hi! I make everything here myself, I make it carefully, and I tell you about it openly and honestly. I am making things with the same care I use to make things for myself, and I hope that this is pretty close to how careful you would be if you were making it for yourself too.
I accept PayPal, Etsy gift cards, and direct payment from your credit card through Etsy.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees that your country levies
I ship by Canada Post. It is not quite as quick as the USPS, but it is very reliable. I use your address as you have given it to PayPal. If you would like me to send to a different address, please let me know in "Notes to Seller".
Canada Post does not provide tracking numbers for small parcels. Two weeks is not an unreasonable amount of transit time for Canada Post mail to the US; international orders should allow 4 weeks. Please understand that I have no control over your country's Customs service; if they hold an item, it will be delayed beyond the times I mention here. Despite all this, I can say, I have not had any problems with shipping.
If you wish an expedited shipping, convo me, and we can discuss the difference in cost. Except for Christmas rush time, regular Canada Post shipping times are quite reasonable.
I use bubble envelopes and I do re-use packing materials. If you would like an item gift-wrapped, I would be happy to do that, just tell me in the Notes to Seller; but be aware that your Customs may open the package and the gift wrap.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept returns if the items are in salable condition, within 30 days of the shipping date. I will refund the purchase price only, not the shipping. Please do convo me with questions or concerns BEFORE buying. Communication beats going to the post office every time.
