5 out of 5 stars

I specified my favorite colors and the counter was made using those colors. The counter arrived in a reasonable timeframe considering it was shipped from the UK. I love using the counter because I no longer have to stop at the end of every row to mark it down. The counter is easy to use and keeps track of my rows without interrupting my knitting.

Shop policies

I make jewellery that I hope will lift your mood and be fun to wear. I pay attention to detail and only use good quality components, nothing leaves me unless I'd be happy to wear it myself.
I'm happy to take commissions and/or customise my creations to your individual preferences if I can ie make something similar in a different colour, change the length etc. Just contact me via the 'Request custom item' button over on the left and I will let you know if I can help.
Please do read my shop policies before placing an order, and contact me if there is anything you don't understand or want to clarify. My email address is wychwooddreams [!at] icloud.com

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
I only accept payment via Paypal and direct checkout, please make the payment immediately after making your order. Payment via e-cheque can take up to a week to clear from the US, and up to two weeks from the UK. I will dispatch your order when I receive confirmation that the payment has cleared.
If you have any problem making the payment please do convo or email me.
Should you wish to cancel an order after payment has been made please convo/email me immediately. If the item has already been despatched to you a refund will only be possible upon return of the goods (more info below).
Shipping
Mostly I dispatch within 72 hours of receipt of order and cleared payment, but if I'm particularly busy it can be anything up to 5 days. Custom orders and commissions will take a bit longer. If you need something urgently please do let me know and I will do my very best to accommodate you.
Within the UK I send all packages out 1st class, and International orders are sent via Airmail. If you would like any other method ie insured, Next Day (within the UK), Airsure etc please contact me before purchasing as I will need to adjust the shipping price to take in to account the higher cost.
Please note that I'm in the UK, and when shipping packages overseas they will take longer to arrive than they do when you buy from a seller within your own country. I cannot be held responsible for delays that occur after I've passed your package on to the Royal Mail, or for delays caused by general disruption in the postal system i.e. strikes, inclement weather etc.
I am not responsible for any customs duty or import taxes that your package might incur, this is the liability of the person that the package is addressed to. Delays caused by customs intervention are also outside of my control and I cannot take responsibility for them.

Please note that all orders will be sent to the address indicated on your Etsy account, unless you advise otherwise.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of my jewellery is sent out to you in perfect condition and properly packaged. However, if you find the goods to be faulty please do let me know in convo or email within 7 days of receipt, and then return the item to me so that I can provide replacement or full refund (including your postage costs where applicable). I advise that as a minimum you obtain a certificate of proof of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If you are not satisfied with your (unfaulty) items I will happily provide a credit or refund, if you notify me of this upon receipt of the item. The item must be returned to me within 14 days of receipt, unused and unworn, in original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale. Please include your order information with your package. I advise that as a minimum you obtain a certificate of proof of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage.

Please note that earrings and custom orders are not returnable unless faulty. With this exception only I operate within the key EU Distance Selling Regulations for returns, in that returns are acceptable within 14 days, and that I have applied this to worldwide purchases (not just those destined for the EU).
Additional policies and FAQs
This is a smoke-free, but not pet-free, environment.
My pieces of jewellery are made with glass, semi-precious stones and ceramic beads, all of which can break if they're mistreated. Some also have coatings which can be scratched if mistreated. Please treat them kindly ie don't drop them, spray them with perfume or products, throw them in your purse and forget they're there, put them through a mangle etc, and they will stay looking their best.
Metal can tarnish over time so I suggest that jewellery is stored in an air-tight plastic bag or container to help prevent this. If tarnish does occur you can remove it with a jewellery cleaning cloth.
All items are gift-wrapped in new materials and then shipped in recycled padded bags if they are available to me, or boxes if appropriate. Please reuse the packaging again if you can :o)
Please do try and find the time to leave me feedback. If there is a problem convo or email me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I want you to be happy with your jewellery and aim to solve any problems you might have at this stage.
