Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on Sale

Our description of the file and name of the file, tells what application is required eg Microsoft Publisher, Word, or Templett.com, and other pertinent information.

It's the buyers' responsibility to ensure that they have the proper application to use the template before purchasing and downloading the file.

The Regular License grants you, at the time of purchase, the right to use the item in a personal or commercial project for yourself or a client, but the item cannot be resold or redistributed on its own or used in a product offered for sale where the item contributes to the core value of the product being sold. This regular license is subject to change from time to time without prior notice by the sole discretion of Godserv.

Word Files are created with Microsoft Word 365 and must be edited with the desktop version of Word on PC or MAC.

TEMPLETT.COM LISTINGS
After purchasing, check your email for the Access Link. Templett listings are editable only on TEMPLETT.COM.

You may need to change the page setup before printing. You may need to remove the bleed (1/8") area on some templates. An extra 1/8" inch is added for printing on over-sized paper and cutting after printing. Here is how to remove the bleed.

Go > Page Design > Size > Page Setup
1. Change the page size to 11x8.5
2. Set Layout to One Page per sheet

When printing to a home printer there will be an approximate 1/4" white border because most printers do not print to the edge. If you have a printer that can print to the edge, follow your printer instruction to accomplish that.

Tickets can be numbered and perforated by your digital or offset printshop. You can also number tickets with this recommended software - Number Pro. Try it or Buy it at http://www.number-pro.com/

Any Word or Publisher template that has editable shape colors or editable gradients will indicate it in the listing title or description. All others have only editable text and text colors.

Yes. You have the ability to edit, delete, or replace all the text in each template unless otherwise indicated.

Even though some of the fonts and the photos are free, I cannot include them in the package. I cannot include them, even if I purchased them from a commercial stock site.

Why? this would mean that I am selling them (fonts and photos). I do not have the right to sell these assets and would potentially get into a copyright issue with the copyright owners. Please keep this rule in mind when purchasing templates. Links are included to download the fonts.
