Our description of the file and name of the file, tells what application is required eg Microsoft Publisher, Word, Templett.com, or Canva.com, and other pertinent information.
It's the buyers' responsibility to ensure that they have the proper application to use the template before purchasing and downloading the file.

The Regular License grants you, at the time of purchase, the right to use the item in a personal or commercial project for yourself or a client, but the item cannot be resold or redistributed on its own or used in a product offered for sale. Program Requirements
WORD AND PUBLISHER LISTINGS
Word and Publisher Templates must be opened on a Personal Computer using the Desktop version of Microsoft Word or Publisher. The web or mobile versions cannot be used. NOTE: Publisher is only available on Windows PC. A Chromebook only uses the Web version of Microsoft Office and therefore cannot be used.

TEMPLETT.COM LISTINGS
After purchasing, check your email for the Access Link. Editable only on TEMPLETT.COM with a PC or MAC Web Browser
CANVA.COM LISTINGS
Editable only on Canva.com with PC, MAC, or Mobile Web Browser
Printing Files to Your Home Printer
When printing to a home printer there will be an approximate 1/4" white border because most printers do not print to the edge. If you have a printer that can print to the edge, follow your printer instructions to accomplish that.
Numbering Tickets
Tickets can be numbered and perforated by your digital or offset printshop. You can also number tickets with this recommended software - Number Pro. Try it or Buy it at http://www.number-pro.com/
Can the colors be changed in Word and Publisher?
Any Word or Publisher template that has editable shape colors or editable gradients will indicate it in the listing title or description. All others have only editable text and text colors.
Can all the text be edited in each template?
Yes. You have the ability to edit, delete, or replace all the text in each template unless otherwise indicated.
Do you do custom work?
I will customize my template with your information and photos at an extra cost. Please add the customization listing to your cart with one of my templates.
Why don't you include the fonts or the photos?
Even though some of the fonts and the photos are free, I cannot include them in the package even if I purchased them from a commercial source.
When necessary, the links to these graphic resources are included so that you can download or purchase them. Font installation instructions are included.
