Returns and exchange details
If you are not completely satisfied your item(s) for any reason, you may return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item purchased is at my fault (incomplete shipment/wrong item shipped).
Items must be returned in unaltered condition and properly protected against shipping damage. A full refund less shipping cost and any discount on the original order will be issued for unused items upon receipt.
Lost Packages: On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package sent via the USPS may not arrive at its destination. In such an instance, I will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed, but I will require that you sign a letter confirming that your package indeed was never received. This is required so that I can be reimbursed by my insurance company.
~~~Dear international customers, please allow at least 1 month for delivery if your package was shipped USPS First Class. You might notice that tracking information doesn't update after the package leaves the United States - it is perfectly normal and you shouldn't be worried~~~

I charge sales tax for orders shipped to New York State addresses.

In case of an eCheck (see above) your order will be shipped out as soon as payment clears. Thank you for understanding.
All orders are shipped either USPS First Class or USPS Priority. Please contact me if you have a specific request for other mailing services.
All customs and other fees imposed by your country are your responsibility to pay when you receive your order. Please remember to consider this part of your cost when you place your order.
