I do not refund or exchanges items unless it is a special circumstance. I will do my best to explain and showcase the item to the best of my ability so that there should be no surprises when you get it.

PayPal(preffered): Within 5 days of purchase.
Payment is required 5 days from purchased order. I will contact you at the 3 day mark as a reminder of your order, but if payment/response is not received, transaction will be terminated.

I will try to ship the item no more than 3 days after payment.

Custom Orders: If you've requested a custom order, i will make the item first and post it as reserved for seller. Once sure the item is up to par with the buyer, i will ship no more than 3 days after payment is received(unless previously discussed and new terms set).

I use UPS for allshipments. If you would like me to use otherwise or include any other service(insurance, certified mail, etc) you must specify before payment is made and i will send you a quote.

All individual items have shipping price listed(inside the US). International rates vary so i will be able to quote depending on location. Combined shipping available(will list rate inside US, International rates vary).

I ship to your Etsy shipping address unless you specify otherwise.

**If you live around my area(Baltimore, MD) and would prefer to pick up your items in person i can try to accomodate within reason. Let me know in advance to see if we could work something out and reduce or cancel shipping charge.**
