Welcome to Golden Cat Designs!

This store was created in hopes of spreading my love of crafting with people across the country. If there are any questions you have at any time, please feel free to get in touch with me and I will do my best to make your shopping experience as positive as possible!

All items are crafted in a smoke-free environment. There are cats in the house, but their access to the areas where items are crafted/stored is limited.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
PayPal and direct sales are my only accepted methods of payment. Please make payments within 2 days of purchase. If no payment is received by the 3rd day after purchase, the sale will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.

Washington state residents will be charged 8.4% sales tax at invoicing.
Shipping
All shipping will be via USPS First-Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation (Delivery Confirmation on domestic shipping only). Purchases will ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation. All jewelry will be mailed in a white or gold gift/jewelry box with fiber batting, wrapped with a ribbon unless an organza bag (golden color) is requested in lieu of a box.

Shipping can be upgraded to Priority Shipping for an additional $3.00. Please include this request in the note to seller when you make your purchase.

If you wish to have insurance added, please send me a message stating this before making your payment and I will add it to the invoice and let you know the updated total.

If multiple items are purchased, they will be shipped in the same gift box unless other arrangements are made. If you wish to have separate gift boxes, please let me know. There might be an increase in the shipping cost depending on the number of boxes to be mailed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds:

My hope is that you will thoroughly enjoy your new item(s). I aim to accurately portray each item I sell with words and pictures. However, I understand that there are times when words and pictures are not enough and what you expected might not be what you receive. If there is a concern that a piece does not meet your expectations, please send me a message before leaving Feedback. I am willing to work with you to see if we can make things better.

Refunds will be given through the following process:
-Send a message with the information on the piece and why you want/need a refund.
-Once a refund is approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of when it was received. The refund will be for the listed price of the item. Original shipping charge is non-refundable.
-All pieces returned must be in the same condition they were received in and in original packaging.
-Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
-For health reasons, earrings cannot be returned.


Damages:

I believe my pieces are sturdy enough to not have any damage upon receiving. However, please send me a message if something appears to be damaged and I will try to work something out with you.


Repairs:

If a piece is in need of repair, please send me a message and we will see if something can be arranged. Repair availability is subject to the piece in question and the damage that has occurred.


Losses:

Sadly, things do occasionally get lost in the mail. If you have not received your item within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me and I will check for any Delivery Confirmation information I have.
