Definitely helps, and has an earthy taste.

This isn't just a bedtime thing for me, I also like to have a cup during the day for a calming effect. Lovely flavor! Just like the other blends, I do enjoy this hot or cold.

This tea has certainly saved me more times than I'd like to admit. I have even mixed this blend in with my wine before haha. I have slowed down on my alcohol consumption lately, but this blend is still great for getting your day going either way.

This blend is definitely happiness in a cup. Lots of floral flavors that compliment one another. I've had some good times shared over cups of this tea. This is my go to blend when company comes over.

If I had to choose a favorite, it would be this blend! It has all of my favorite flavors and just leaves me feeling so amazing. I enjoy it hot or cold. I could probably drink this every single day, twice and day, and never tire of it. Sometimes I add chaga mushroom and fermented cacao. And of course a little honey. Just thinking about this blend is bringing me joy and excitement.

This blend truly surprised me the first time I tried it. I've never tasted anything even close to it and it has become one of my favorite blends from Golden Lung Tea. All of the teas are good both hot or cold, but I've really been loving this cold lately.

This was my first from Golden Lung Tea, so it will always hold a special place in my heart. Lots of strong flavors from very potent healing herbs. I felt the difference in my nasal passages from the very first cup! Now I'm hooked, and I've been breathing a bit deeper ever since. My mom (who is not a tea drinker or a smoker) has ordered this and takes it to support her lungs, as she has been dealing with breathing problems most of her life.

During a guided meditation, the person said to visualize a seed in your hand and to place it in your heart. I saw a seed that I later identified as star anise! I then remembered that this blend contains star anise so I knew that I needed to order another bag and continue drinking it! It's summer here, so I've been drinking this cold with honey and it is so lovely.

I have never had this brand of tea and I like the taste of this blend very much so far. I meant to order the Smokers Tea but mistakenly ordered this one. Thankfully they put a sample of the Smokers Tea inside so I am able to try it out too. I've had a minor cough for the past month and thought I would try the smokers blend out after seeing it mentioned on social media. I noticed it working after 1 cup. The phlegm is loosening up so I'm pretty satisfied already. I'm an avid essential oils and herbs kind of person so I'm glad to have this in my arsenal. Its a little bitter so I added a little honey to make it easier to drink.

I have asthma and I find this tea is very soothing to my lungs and helps my breathe easier. I do not have to use my pump.
