1 out of 5 starsonly gave a star to warn others What a joke, buyer beware. the design does not match what you receive you dont even get head choice like you see in the images. image to prove its falsely advertised. seller wont refund. tried to give me another also doesnt match design you receive a model design at 0.96mm and 72mgb have reported to etsy for refund will never purchase from again.

The STL file delivered is exactly the same model shown in the listing images and description. No multiple head options were included in the listing, and this was never stated. After the buyer contacted me, I created and sent an additional updated version to help resolve their request, which they confirmed they liked. I made extra effort to provide support beyond what is normally expected for digital download products. This is a digital STL file, and according to Etsy’s policy refunds are not available after download. Despite this, I still tried to assist the buyer. I always support my customers and stand behind the accuracy of my listings.
