Hi, everyone! Welcome to my shop!

My name is Vira. I live in Ukraine, Europe. I'm a textile jewelry designer. I work mainly with the techniques: soutache embroidery and kanzashi.

There are items for the beautiful woman and young girl in my shop. You will find various handmade jewelry that differs from the techniques, color spectrum, sometimes even styles. But, all they are close me.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Item must be returned within 14 DAYS after the buyer receives the item If you are not satisfied with your purchase. All items must be returned in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components. We do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem.

If you wish to cancel the transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there are non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for the USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).

If you have made payment but decided to cancel the order while it was already sent to you, you will also be refunded a sum, except 20% of order total restocking fee, as the cancellation took place due to no fault of the seller. Shipping cost is not refundable.

You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning parcel, please give the seller a tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For any exchanges, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers are responsible for shipping cost of a new item for an exchange if the exchange is initiated by NOT through the seller's fault.

Seller is responsible for shipping cost only in the cases when the buyer has received the wrong item because of the seller's fault or damaged item.

A new item for the exchange will be shipped only after receiving of the return item from a buyer and after receiving of shipping cost for a new item shipping arrangement if the replacement was initiated by NOT through seller's fault.

Free shipping is applied for some items as a promotional tool. It is applied only for the first shipping of the order. Free shipping could not be applied for the second shipping of returned items or for the exchanged items. For the repeated shipping of the returned orders with any reasons or for the shipping of exchanged items, buyers are responsible for shipping costs even if the primary shipping was free. The new shipping will be arranged after payment of shipping fee by the customer.

If an item is ready to ship I will send it within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
If an item is marked as made to order it will take up to 7 days to complete your item.

I use the Etsy mailing address, please make sure it is correct.

I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package.

Standard international shipping takes up to 20 business days.

Normal delivery time out from Ukraine takes about:

USA: 15 - 40 business days
Canada: 12 - 50 business days
Australia: 15 - 40 business days ( maybe longer )
Europe: 7 - 18 business days ( except Italy )
New Zealand: 14 - 30 business days
Other: 20 - 40 business days ( maybe longer or faster )
Italy: 15 - 50 !!! business days or Longer!

These terms are approximate ones and they could vary in some cases.
Please note the shipping process is out of our control and we are not responsible for delivery time and possible delays.
Before Christmas, the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 3 I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.
