Payment
Payments are completed through paypal only, no checks or money orders will be accepted. All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipping. Reserved listings will be posted for 3 days. If payment is not received within 3 days, the listing will be removed.

Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit and will ship within 3 days of final payment.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping, to the lower 48, is included for all retail purchases via UPS Ground or USPS as noted. UPS Ground includes insurance, USPS includes Delivery Confirmation. If you prefer another shipping method, I will accommodate your request and adjust the rates accordingly. Adjusted amounts are not included in the purchase price and will be charged additionally. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or International destinations will need to be adjusted. Please contact me in advance for the amount..

In-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of cleared payment. An email confirmation will be sent, with tracking information, to the email address submitted with your order. If your order is placed on a Friday, Holiday or weekend, it will be shipped on the next available business day.

I cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A street address must be submitted with your order. I am not responsible for delays due to weather or mechanical error and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.

Shipping fees are not reimbursable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges must be pre-authorized by Foofie, LLC. The following conditions must be met in order for an exchange to be valid:

- Approved notification from Foofie, LLC that the product can be exchanged. Please allow 48 hours for a response to your request.
- Item must be in unaltered, original condition - with all tagging in tact - in original packaging.
- Item must be of an original Foofie design, any alteration to the original design is not eligible for an exchange.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Custom orders are not eligible for exchange. This includes any and all adjustments to color, fringe lengths, beading and fabric. Any balance will be given as credit only and can be used any time.

Return Policy:
