My "policies" are more like "successful actions."

Here are my helpfl hints on getting the absolutely best item for you!

I have worked with many, many brides and mothers-to-be and can say that I am quite experienced on being an assistance to you on your big day and never a headache!

I pride myself on having happy customers and receiving stellar reviews and referrals. Need anything? Just ask! Any issues with shipping? Please let me know ASAP and it will be handled. I am always open and willing to communicate so please do not ever hold back!

I can make just about anything - have an idea that you have not been able to find here on Etsy or elsewhere? Email it to me! I would love to take a crack at it!

Payment
Once your payment has been made and shows as having cleared your piece will be placed onto my creation station!

Payment = production! Feel free to ask any questions prior to checking out though. I am here to help!

Payments by Paypal and credit cards will show up automatically and so your piece will be started right away.

Any payments made by check even through Paypal will usually take 3-5 days to clear and so do delay production just a bit. But this is still a very workable and doable option!

Payment must be made before I visit my suppliers and make any purchases on your supplies even for custom orders.
Shipping
LENGTH OF TIME TO SHIP"
Some of my items are already made and some are "made-to-order" Because of this the time it takes from the moment you place your order until you receive your piece can vary.

For shipping within the United States, most items take 7 days or less to receive - Hawaii is the exception and can take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shippings costs vary per location and I can give you an accurate and firm shipping price if you email me what items you would like to purchase.

Manzanita centerpieces are usually too expensive to ship internationally. :(

INSURANCE:
I will only ship a manzanita centerpiece if it is insured and has delivery confirmation.

Large orders of mason jars or other items likewise must be insured.

RUSH SHIPPING OPTIONS:
RUSH shipping can be done but the costs will be increased and charged to the buyer. I am willing to overnight anything! Please check with me ahead of time if you need something ASAP to ensure I can make it in time but do not worry about my willingness to get it to you quickly! All additional shipping costs must be paid up front before the item has shipped.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:
If ever an item is damaged in shipping pease let me know right away! Send me an email and a photograph and I will handle it for you.

I once shipped a manzanita centerpiece across the US and when it arrived there the box looked like it had been kicked down some stairs and sat on! Despite all of the "FRAGILE" and "THIS SIDE UP" stickers it still looked awful. My bride freaked but luckily her piece was untouched! So open up your package and inspect incase your box looks sad... hopefully all is fine! And if not, take a photo and email me and it shall be handled.

I have only had 2 shipping issues in hundreds of orders and they were handled within 24 hours!

*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***
Please know that manzanita branches ARE breakable items - they are in fact tree branches. Even though your tree may look like rusted copper, bronze, iron or gold it is in fact wood and not metal.

Because the branches can be thin the may possibly have a chance of breaking in transit. IF this happens, please see my below notes re: refunds. :)
Refunds and Exchanges
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:
No returns excepted on items that have been custom made.

This includes all manzanita centerpieces that are made to order and on any orders that have had custom changes made to it.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customer must cover return shipping costs and return must be decided on within 24 hours of receiving the item in the mail.

See below policy regarding refunds if you wish to return your piece because of damage during shipping.

RETURNING BECAUSE OF DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING:
Manzanita branches can be extremely simple to repair and a simple fix-it kit will be sent out to you if any damage has occurred which I deem to be easily fixed. I would love the chance to make you happy with your purchase!

If you wish to refuse the fix-it kit a full refund will still be issued in accordance with other refund policies, however, I will not cover the return shipping costs if no attempt to solve the issue has been made. Let's work together! :)

If there is any damage in shipping, please simply email me a photo of the damage, the BOX and what your preference would be in resolving the issue (I want to make you happy!) I will review the photo quickly and either ask you to ship the damaged item back to me or will ask if I can send you a kit. I will ask to send you a kit only if I feel the piece is very easily fixed- either wise I am happy to send you a new piece (I will ship your new piece immediately after I receive the damaged piece back) or you will have the option of mailing it back to me for a full refund of your original sales price and original shipping costs. I will also cover your return shipping costs after I receive the piece back and with proof of postage (Usually it is on the box!)

I am happy to issue you a refund if you wish! Please never further damage your item in order to get a refund.

Additional policies and FAQs
As colors do vary computer screen to computer screen, if you are matching an EXACT color - please send me a swatch (color sample) by mail.

I always do my best to match the color on the screen but what I see may not be exactly the color that you see. Get with me if you have any questions on this. :)

Sometimes I need to slightly adjust the colors of the silk flowers that I use. I am SUPER picky when it comes to my art and will not use any flowers or any other materials for that matter.

This can at times limit the availability of certain colored silk flowers as they sometimes are frayed and I refuse to use those on my centerpieces. If this is ever the case, (It does not happen often) I will always find a great looking and similar substitute that you will love.

My personal policy is: “If I wouldn’t want it on my own piece, I would never put it on yours!”

And again, if you are matching an EXACT color, please send me a swatch. I will be sure that it does!
