All Because of Breast Cancer

My sister was diagnosed with breast cancer a couple of years ago. I wanted to show my support by raising money and participating in the Avon Breast Cancer Walk. I crochet as a hobby and someone suggested I sell my creations. Thus Good Karma Crochet was born as a means to raise the money for the walk.

My shop took off and soon I had money for the walk and to pay for my trip to California (the walk was in Santa Barbara). My shop was doing so well that I decided to keep it around. I love coming up with new ideas and seeing the reception they get. I love hearing from my customers. I love making hats for special causes, like kids with cancer or undergoing surgery. Crocheting has become my healthy addiction!

I am a total science nerd. I have an awesome husband, three adorable kids, a whole menagerie of animals, including my dog Karma, which is where I got the name for my shop. I am ALWAYS crocheting, I think I'm addicted.....
