VERY friendly, informative, and helpful seller!!! Was incredibly attentie with my food allergies and even willing to modify the recipe for me, even though she does suggest people with allergies not purchase because of cross contamination but I was okay with the risk! Super fantastic and I will be a repeat customer!!! God bless!

YUMMY! nCan hardly wait for my nsweet Honey to try these delectable nconfections! Thank You:) n
I started my shop back in 2011 after much prodding from my husband and my mother. I wanted to do something to help ease the financial strain on our life when my husband started up his naturopathic consulting business in 2010. Getting a new business started is usually a long and stressful process, but most especially so in a bad economy! So in 2011 my mother fronted me some money, and I got started! I opened my virtual doors on March 28th, 2011, and by April 4th I had made my first sale! The very next day I made another and 3 days later another! I've had a lot of ups and downs since then, but this shop has been a wonderful experience, and has indeed helped us out with our financial situation!
The fact that all of my foods are made with healthy, whole foods, but still has to taste like "junk" food has been an adventure! I've always loved to create new recipes, and my husband and I both live on, and encourage others to live on a whole-food, grain-free, low-sugar diet. So I've spent a lot of time coming up with the best recipes I can to reproduce the flavors, appearance, *and* textures we all know and love in the world of sweets, from cookies and brownies, to dessert bars, and anything else I can figure out how to make and ship!
There is little I enjoy quite so much as hearing the positive feedback from all of my customers, many of whom have significant health concerns that make it impossible, or at least a bad or dangerous idea to consume "regular" desserts. Knowing that they are able to enjoy some dessert like "everybody else", sometimes for the first time in years, without damaging their gut, raising their blood sugar, or any of the other potential hazards they might experience with regular food is such a delight! I hope to continue to do so for a long time to come!

Hi! My name is Meg and I am the owner and creator of Good Nosh! I am a major foodie, but want to live a long and healthy life, so I began creating healthy versions of my favorite treats! Now I can offer them to you, too!
Accepted payment methods
At times my customers have requested overnight shipping in order for an item to arrive in time for a birthday, holiday, or party. I am glad to oblige, but cannot ship an item until the additional postage costs has been paid. Again, thanks for understanding!

Additional policies and FAQs
Also, repeat customers may notice that my packing materials vary from shipment to shipment -- keeping in mind that we are stewards on this earth and ought to treat it well, I try to always re-use items for my packing materials. Your goodies are *always* packaged in fresh, never-before-used materials, but the packing material protecting them inside the shipping box may consist of a variety of items, including packing materials I've received myself from various online shops, plastic grocery sacks, tissue from wrapped gifts, etc., Again, your food is *always* packaged in brand new, food-safe bags, but the materials around them in the box are often second-hand. Please remember the phrase, "reduce, reuse, recycle" when your box arrives, and reuse any packing materials that you can! Thank you!
♥ Q: How should I store my treats to keep them fresh?
A: For best freshness, keep your goodies in well-sealed packaging in the refrigerator! I thoroughly test all of my product's shelf-life and while they do last beyond a week when loosely covered at room temperature, they will stay moist and fresh much longer if well sealed and refrigerated. Remember, each of my products is all natural and completely free of preservatives!
♥ Q: Can I freeze these products?
A: Yes! All of my products freeze well, unless otherwise noted on the listing. As with refrigeration, be sure they are well sealed to prevent them from drying out, or getting freezer burned! Always thaw in the refrigerator or at room temperature before consumption.
♥ Q: I have food allergies, can I still eat your products?
A: All of my products contain at least some nut products and most contain eggs, and a few dairy. For a full list of ingredients, please scroll to the bottom of each individual listing and click on "Show Item Details" where I disclose all ingredients in each product. All of my products are completely gluten and grain free, however, and most are also sugar free, and dairy free. If you see an item you want to try but would like the dairy left out just send me a private message; most (but not all) of my recipes can be modified to eliminate the dairy! For your personal safety though, I cannot recommend that anyone with food allergies consume any of my baked goods.
♥ Q: I am deathly allergic to gluten; can I still have your treats?
A: While all of my products are gluten free I would strongly advise that you *not* purchase my items if you are severely allergic to gluten. I very thoroughly clean all tools and surfaces after each use, but a few times a year I do have gluten/wheat products in my kitchen.
♥ Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: I process orders on Monday and Tuesday of each week and ship via USPS Priority Mail, so your order should arrive between 3-17 days depending on the day of the week you make your order and my workload for that week. If you need your treats by a specific date *please* private message me prior to purchase to discuss whether or not I can meet your needs *before* your purchase is made!
♥ Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: My operation is quite small so I do not currently offer anything wholesale.
♥ Q: How are your baked goods packaged?
A: Currently each item is individually wrapped in plastic wrap and then placed in cello bags which contain up to 24 items per bag depending on the item. Muffins are baked and shipped in paper baking cups, plus the plastic wrap and cello bag. The cello bags are usually tied up with ribbon and labeled as to which item they are, though my labeling system has been unreliable thus far so I can't guarantee labels. Packaging materials around the bags varies from shipment to shipment, depending on what I have on hand; In order to be as eco-friendly as possible I re-use packing material (never the bags the food is placed directly in, but the materials *around* those bags in the box). This is good for the environment, and for you and me, as it helps to keep shipping costs down!
