Is there a real person behind the store? I never got the file that I paid for. When I tried to download, I got a message from the seller saying I was going to get an email and I never did. I checked everyday for a week and nothing. I even checked my spam. I messaged the seller three times and I never got a response. Etsy should check what is going on with this stores.

If there's a way to print to MY printer, I can't find it. Templett is worthless. I have a Canon that will print on 3x5 cards. I found no setting that would do so.
