What are your shipping & delivery policies?
For Framed Print Orders: We offer complimentary shipping on all framed orders! Custom map prints ship within 2–3 business days. Important: To keep your framed order on schedule, please adhere to our proof policy above. We offer fast, reliable shipping on all framed orders. Seasonal peaks may cause slight delays; please check the estimated delivery timeframe at checkout.
For Digital Downloads: Digital Files typically take 2-3 business days. We’re happy to also offer 24-hour and 48-hour digital delivery options (please note: weekends and bank holidays are excluded). Be sure to check the dispatch date (not the delivery estimate) to ensure the timing is right for you.
As each item is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns.
What are your proof policies?
For Framed Print Orders: We’ll create a low-resolution design proof and send it to your Etsy messages within 1–2 business days. Please review it carefully and let us know if any changes are needed. Important: Buyer is responsible for checking Etsy messages. If we don’t hear back within 72 hours of sending the proof, your order will move to printing to stay on schedule.
For Digital Downloads: These items are made without a proof. Your design is created from the personalization details you provide–please double-check all information before ordering.
