Luckily, this is a very rare occurrence.
But I am terribly sorry to say, but once a package is marked as "delivered", there is nothing I can do. Double check the address, and call your local post office for guidance. I have experienced a package will be marked as delivered, and it shows up the next day. Having said that, please contact me to make sure it's all correct on my end.

What if I get the item and decide it's not what I want?
As much as I want everyone to love what they buy from my shop, I cannot give refunds. That is why I take high quality pictures SO LOOK AT PICTURES CAREFULLY and beg people to ask questions. FYI, there is little to none profit in this, I do it because I love finding amazing things, and offer them to others who might love them too. Reminder: I am not Amazon. Also, I won't change my mind as I see it as part of encouraging buyers to really question what they are buying, as they know they cannot return it.
