    • Hummm feel the softness... I only use the worlds softest yarns to create throws.
    • I use glass beads, Swarovski Crystals, stones, shells, etc... to create hair on the exclusive tiny dolls
    • I couldn't make it through a day without the kisses from my wonderful husband!

    I’m a senior citizen loving my business… I’m Linda the old bird

    I guess you could call me a Total City Girl living in a rural country area in South Carolina. The city is filled with noise, amazing people everywhere, gorgeous buildings, internet, and wonderful noisy neighbors. In the city I breathe. Because I'm in the country I'm learning a different type of noisy. Days and nights are filled with sounds from animals that I don't recognize. Some days I see a car drive by maybe every hour. It's different.

    So, I'm wrapped up in creating. As far back as I can remember I have been crafting. As a child my dream was to be a brick mason making designs that would stand the test of time. I love making things.

    My new products are made to express a bit of the wisdom and heartfelt love I've learned throughout my life. The Old Bird is busy creating new home & wedding décor, the world's softest throws – hand crocheted of course, and tiny handmade dolls to keep you motivated.

    The Old Bird is Still Dreaming!
