Welcome everybody and hope we'll mutually enjoy the future interaction and business at play :)

We aim to high standard of materials (all of them are imported from Italy and Japan) and finishes, and willing to have every client satisfied, that's why if you feel that you are missing some information, please, do not hesitate to ask questions.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept PayPal and credit cards, attaching here a link to a tutorial of payment with credit cards without using PayPal:

If there is a problem with the payment, you'll be contacted within 2 days.
Shipping
we ship by registered international mail.

The item will be shipped within one week from received payment (all the items are handcrafted, so, please, be patient), you'll have the tracking number of the package, so you'll be able to follow it via the net.

Delivery will vary from 7 days to 14 days internationally, a times a package can be stuck in customs, you'll be able to see it by tracking.

Please, check that the address you provide is valid.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are possible, if you are not fully satisfied, you can return me an item within two days, the money will be refunded, but not the shipping fees.

The money will NOT be returned, if:
-The package did not come back due to the fault of the buyer
-The item is not clean, and not in a "selling" condition according to our standards.

Exchanges:
Will carry the same criteria as refunds: the item must be in top condition, so i can ship you a new selected one.
The shipping costs will have to be covered by a buyer.
