All payments must be made in advance (i.e. at checkout) as we cannot work on your design until payment has been received.

If you would like more revisions other than those that are listed in the item description, you will be charged at $15 per revision. This includes fonts, re-arrangements of design elements, and color changes.

Please feel free to contact me for custom work such as designing a one-of-a-kind logo or branding solution for your business. I will be in touch with pricing and more details.

Please choose your products carefully! I cannot provide refunds for my digital products as I cannot retrieve my products back from you.

If you have lost your files or cannot access them for any reason, please get in touch and I will get the files to you again.

Please contact me if you are unsure about anything, big or small. I will be happy to help you out and we can discuss the process. I am always available to answer questions as we want you to be happy with the end result.

Regarding Custom Orders:

If I do not hear from you within one week after last making contact, I consider the job closed. No money will be refunded as work has commenced at soon as your item is purchased. I try very hard to work with you, but if you do not get in contact with Grace + Company Designs, I cannot dedicate any additional hours to your project. Of course, if something has happened outside your control, please get in touch, I will happily discuss re-opening your job with you.

Regardless of the license, you use the product under, you may not, under any circumstances, resell the product, gift the product, share or redistribute the product.
