    Grace & Jewels creations are a perfect addition to your home and will suit all ages! Our collection offers hair bow and headband holders, home decor and displays in various sizes and shapes giving you a truly unique creation for your home.

    Grace & Jewels was inspired by a mama with identical twin girls who have a love of hair bows! We hope that you love our unique creations and know that they are made with love.

    Grace & Jewels creations are all personally hand painted and sealed. All distressing is done by hand. Our items may show brush strokes, dings, dents, chips, wood knots and other signs of wear. We find that using these techniques provides a more natural weathered and distressed look. These imperfections provide charm and add character to our creations.

    All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges or returns are NOT accepted once an order is placed. However, if you would like to swap the item you purchased for another item, please message me within 3 hours of your purchase and I will gladly swap for another item in my shop.

    Shipping
    Items ship USPS mail and I strive to get your item in the mail as fast as possible! Most of the time orders are shipped well before their expected ship date. If you need an item quick, please select the RUSH shipping option at checkout for 7 day turnaround. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notice with tracking information attached.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    Any discrepancies with the order must be addressed within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

    If the item you purchased was damaged during the shipping process, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item for USPS claim process information.

    Custom and personalized orders

    Custom orders are welcome. Just purchase the listing style you like and in the “Notes” section at checkout comment with the special request/name/colors/etc. that you would like and I will design based on your request.

    Sizing details

    Sizes are listed for each item. If you need a specific size, message me and I’ll do my best to accommodate your need.

    Personalization

    If you choose for your item to be personalized, the item will be personalized with paint - we do not personalize using vinyl.

    Distressing Details
