    I accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Personal Checks, Money Orders.

    I expect payment in full at the time of order. If you pay by check or money order, I will ship the item as soon as a receive your payment.

    I am required to charge a 6% Pennsylvania sales tax.

    If you wish to cancel your order, please notify me within 3 days and I will give you a full refund. If it is after 3 days of placing your order, contact me to see what I can do for you.
    Shipping
    I ship Fed-Ex at least three days after you place your order, not including Sunday. Insurance and tracking on the item is inculded in the price. If you wish to have rush shipping, contact me and you will be responsible for the extra cost.

    If you live within the Reading area, we could possibly arrange a pick up to avoid shipping costs.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    I am willing to do custom orders on the handwoven items. For example, if you see a pattern you like, but would rather have a differnt color, let me know and I will work with you to find something that suits you. Custom orders can take at least two weeks to complete and ship.
