Do small things with great love.

I have always been enjoying creating beautiful crafty things since I was young. After two years working full-time in the media industry, I decided to quit my job and start learning about making jewellery. I was super lucky to meet several passionate people in the industry who happened to become my team mates at the time. We started a studio crafting jewellery for brands and stores. And in 2013 we opened our store on Etsy focusing on making sentimental personalised jewellery. We were overwhelmed with how customers love our pieces. However, there were some changes in the team and we were unable to continue the store and decided to close since January 2014.

Fortunately, with the keen passion for this type of meaningful jewellery, I have found and partnered up with some of the best craftsman I've ever worked with to set up a new studio to reopen the store. We are beyond happy to bring back even more delicate and meaningful pieces to our beloved customers.

We believe that by putting our love and our passion into every pieces we make, we can step by step bring our works to people's heart and somehow contribute to bringing people's hearts closer to each other. We are proud of what we do and we can not achieve this without you, our dear customers. We would like to thank you very very much and we wish you all the best in your life!

Returns and exchange details
All our products are customized and made to order so you can return or exchange your order only in cases that you have a problem with the products in terms of sizing, personalization or quality.

We reserve the rights to accept or refuse the return or exchange requests. Some cases may incur charges.

If products are defective (broken, discolored, wrong size, wrong request, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible within 60 days.

We will take responsibility for production time but are unable to guarantee shipping time after an order has been shipped out. For all cases of delayed delivery time, we are unable to offer compensation. Refund requests for all orders will not accepted. Except for Priority Express Mail, postage cost can be claimed. (*Restrictions apply)

----- CANCELLATION -----

Please read our policies before purchase. Cancellation of orders are accepted within 12 hours and will be refunded in 5-7 business days. There is a charge of 10% for handling fee.

Order cancellation after 12 hours will not be accepted as order is already processed.

► DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
USPS first class shipping; estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.
USPS priority shipping; estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.
USPS priority express shipping; estimated delivery in 1-2 business days.

☛ If you need your order by a specific date, we suggest upgrading to Priority or Priority Express Mail. However, please be noted that only delivery time for Priority Express Mail is guaranteed.
☛ For all cases of delayed delivery time, we are unable to offer compensation. Refund requests for all orders will not accepted. Except for Priority Express Mail, postage cost can be claimed.

☛ You can upgrade to PRIORITY and PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL from shipping drop down menu during check-out.
☛ Signature Confirmation is applied for packages shipped with Express mail only. However, for rush orders, we remove signature confirmation to ensure package is delivered on time. If you do require signature confirmation for express mail, please contact us after you order.

► INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
☛ For Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, The Netherlands, Japan, Singapore
- USPS International First Class/ GlobalPost International Standard: estimated delivery in 7-20 business days from dispatch date (without online tracking, may take up to 45 days depending on countries)
- DHL EXPRESS: estimated delivery in 2-5 business days (with online tracking).
☛ For all other countries: Shipping upgrade to DHL Express is recommended. For orders shipped with standard mail, please be noted that we are unable to take responsibility in case of delay, loss or damages if your order is shipped with standard mail.

>> Please note delivery time for international orders is not 100% guaranteed with all mail services. Though most orders arrives in estimated time frame, it may also depend on the country and its custom. In some rare cases, packages may be hold at custom for up to 7 weeks. Please understand the risk in buying internationally and that we have no control over this.
>> We are not responsible for any extra charges at custom for international orders. Most orders are delivered without any charges. Please still be aware of any custom charges YOUR shipping country may have. We hope you understand that this varies greatly and we cannot advise further on this.
>> For international orders shipped with standard mail, tracking information only shows when the package is in the US. When the package crosses the border, there will be no updates until it's delivered.

----- LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES -----

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order is shipped, USPS takes over the responsibility to deliver that order. In all cases that an order is already marked as "delivered", we are not responsible for any LOST/ DAMAGED packages.

For undelivered packages, if transit time exceeds 21 days, the packages can considered as lost. For these cases, please contact us or we will contact you for remaking/reshipping your order. Refunds are not available.

All final personalization details and order information must be put in NOTE BOX at check out or summarized in ONE MESSAGE to us after you submit your order.

Requested personalization details of your order can be found in the listing description.

Please contact us via ETSY only. Our other mail boxes outside Etsy are not monitored.

**HOW TO SEND US THE FINGERPRINT?
If you don't have your fingerprints available, you can follow the simple guides in following link: http://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Fingerprint-with-a-Pencil
You can also take fingerprints with any methods of your choice (ink, inkless, etc.)
For memorial pieces, fingerprint copies from funeral houses can work.
► Send us a photo or scan of the fingerprint sample (high resolution if possible) in one message after you submit your order, along with other personalization details of your order.

**RING SIZE
► We make rings in standard US ring sizes.
Please go to www.ringsizes.co for the full size chart.
► To determine your ring size, you can measure the inside diameter of your current ring using a Digital Ruler and then compare the measurement to this size chart. Please do not use a Ring Sizer or Ring Stick.

--------------- IMPORTANT NOTES ---------------
► Handwriting and Signature items will be made as original as possible and will match the original handwriting. Please be noted certain handwriting will be made slightly bolder or scaled to be visible on the items.
- For free-standing handwriting items, the handwriting may be slightly adjusted to be connected to each other and be strong enough to last, as some handwritten letters are too small or disconnected which makes the items easily broken.
- If you wish to make any changes to the handwriting, for ex: make an letter larger, make an letter bolder for better readability, please note us when making an order. We always prioritize making the items as original as possible.
► For Fingerprints items, blurry fingerprints might be recreated, adding missing parts or removing black dots (because of ink, if you take fingerprint with ink), so the fingerprint will show better on the items. The original clear parts of these prints are kept the same.
- Some item will have a portion of a fingerprint, not a whole fingerprint, we will choose the most visible and recognizable part of the fingerprint. If you wish to use a certain portion of the fingerprint, please note in advance.

--------------- CHANGES OF ORDERS ---------------
If you'd like to make any changes of your order , please contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, changes will not be accepted or will be charged 20% as orders are already processed.

Changes of address and shipping service should be informed within 4 days of purchase. Last-minute changes of address and shipping service sent 4 days before estimated shipping date will not be accepted.

► Wearing
- Silver jewelry will naturally tarnish over time. We recommend removing jewelry when you shower or bathe and particularly on the beach, in the sea or chlorinated water. -
- Avoid applying perfumes or beauty products directly on your jewelry.
- Keep away from extreme temperature, humidity, sunlight, and avoid contact with bleach.
- For gold and rose gold filled jewelry, please avoid frequent contact with water, washing products, beauty products, and other chemicals.
- Put your jewelry last when dressing and first when undressing. Avoid hard contact which could cause scratches, chips and other damages.
► Cleaning & Storing
- Use a soft, lint free cloth to keep your jewelry looking shiny. Silver cleaner can be used for silver pieces. Do not use tissue paper or paper towel to clean the metal as they can cause scratching.
- Store jewelry individually in a pouch or soft lined box in a dark, cool and dry place.

--------------- REPAIR & RENEWING SERVICE ---------------
► If your jewelry needs repair or renewing, please contact us for more details and instruction. For most cases we will charge a very small fee depending on the current condition of the jewelry. You will need to pay for both ways shipping. Average processing time is 3-4 weeks (excluding shipping).
► For Sale items, there will be additional charges for repair or renewing, the charge depends on current conditions of the jewelry, please contact us with photos if possible so we can advise on further details.
► If you need to have your order sooner or before a specific date, please contact us as soon as you can, we will try our best and advise further on timing.

How to personalize my jewelry?

• Please put all personalization details of your order IN NOTE BOX at check out.
• For Handwriting and Fingerprint orders, please send handwriting and fingerprint pictures IN A MESSAGE to us via "Attach Image" button.
• Specific guides for each product are included in its LISTING DESCRIPTION. Just contact us if you need further help.

Can I rush my order?

• Please see our announcement on shop home page for most updated production time. If you need your order earlier, please send us a message.

Are the products Sterling Silver?

Yes. All products are made from Sterling Silver 925. Gold and Rose Gold products are Gold or Rose Gold Filled over Sterling Silver.

Is the handwriting/ fingerprint ENGRAVED or PRINTED on the products?

All personalization details are ENGRAVED on the products. So they are permanent. For those products that have black engraving, the black may be wear off after time, you can request plain engraving to avoid this.

Can I engrave something else on the products?

Yes, you can. Most products can be engraved with handwriting, fingerprints, coordinates, Roman Numerals, dates, names, simple symbols/icons, etc. Please send us a message if you can't find an available product that fits your request.

How do I know my size?

All sizing information is included in the Listing Description.
• For rings, we make rings in all sizes in standard US Ring Size. Please go to ringsizes.co for the diameter/circumference of each size. You can also find a conversion chart from US ring sizes to your country's ring sizes.
• For bracelets, please find the sizing guide in listing description.

Does necklace length include pendants and clasps?

We measure our necklaces from end-to-end, excluding pendants.
