Fun and unique headpieces!

Hello, my name is Andrea and I live in hectic, yet beautiful, Bogotá; with my husband, our ten year old daughter, and our beloved dog.

I started selling my hair accessories when I was 15, at a family owned uniform shop.
Some time ago, I started making the favors for my daughter's birthday parties; almost always hair accessories or headpieces in accordance to each party's theme. It was no long before friends started to order favors for their kids' themed parties, too; because everyone appreciates it when party favors are useful, cool, durable, and affordable. These are all characteristics of my items.
And that's how this shop was born in January of 2014.

Now it has grown quite a bit, so thankfully I have lots of help and assistance from my supportive family.

Quality and craftmanship are very important to me. I want my items to last and to be enjoyed and played with for a long time.

I hope you like my items as much as I enjoy making them!

All the items in my shop are handmade with much love by me in my home; in Bogotá, Colombia.

My home is smoke free, but (happily and gratefully!) not pet free.

Please, read carefully the following Policies. By placing an order from my shop, you are agreeing to them. Thank you!

I don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details


Please note that I do not accept returns of packages that have been opened, due to hygienic reasons. My items are hair accesories and can not be resold.

If you want to return an unopened package for a refund, I will issue the refund when I receive the unopened package back - not any sooner. I will refund the cost of the item, minus the shipping cost.

Please note: Return postal expenses are to be paid by the buyer, using the same shipping method I used for sending the order.


Please note that I do not accept exchanges, for hygienic reasons.

However if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me to work out a solution.


I will give a full refund:
- If your package gets lost in the mail.
A package will not be considered lost until 2 months from date of shipment have passed.
- If the tracking information shows that your package has been stuck at some point for more than 2 months.

I will give a partial refund (the item's price minus the shipping costs):
- If the package is returned to me unopened.
- If the ´package is returned to me after being refused or left unclaimed.
I will issue the partial refund once I receive the package, not any sooner. Thank you for your understanding!

*Please note that sometimes unclaimed packages are destroyed by postal companies rather than returned, in which case I will not give a refund.
*Please note that sometimes returned packages do not track back to me and get lost in the postal system, in which case I will not give a refund.*

I will NOT give a refund:
- If your package has been shipped and is still in transit to you, and two months have not yet passed since date of shipment.
- If the package arrives to you after your "needed by" date. International postal transit times and Customs inspections are unpredictable and completely out of my control. Which is why I don't gurantee delivery dates.
- If you leave your package unclaimed at your post office and it never gets returned to me because it gets "lost" in the postal system, or it is destroyed.
- If you provide an incorrect address and the package gets delivered at said incorrect address, or lost in postal system.
- If the tracking says "delivered" but you claim you didn't receive your package. This is out of my control. Please in these cases check with your postman and neighbors for your package.


If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours after you placed it. After 24 hours I will ship the item if I have it ready to ship (which most times I do).

*Please do not ask for your order to be cancelled and refunded after it has shipped! Once a package has shipped it is out of my control. It is on its way to you and you will eventually receive it. Once you receive it, return it for a refund. Thank you for your understanding!
Because of my location, Etsy only allows me to receive payments through Paypal.

Other payment methods are unavailable to me. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Items will not be shipped until payment is received.
Please note that when you pay with "e-checks" the payment takes a few days to get through, and your address isn't even visible to me.
I ship from Bogotá, Colombia.

I use two shipping methods:

1. A private courier company for small items, such as single headbands. All packages are tracked. Upon arrival to the destination country packages are handled by that country's national postal service. For example: by USPS in USA, by Canada Post in Canada, by Correos de España in Spain, by Deutsche Post in Germany, and so on. The delivery times vary according to the destination country's Customs inspection process, weather conditions and other unforeseen issues. So I can not guarantee delivery dates. Thank you for your understanding!

The estimated, but not guaranteed, transit times for this service are:

To USA and Canada: 8 -10 business days.
To Central and South America: 10-20 business days
To UK: 15-25 business days
To mainland Europe: 15-25 business days
To Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark: 15-25 business days
To the rest of the world: 20 -30 business days

2. FedEx
For party packs and time-sensitive orders.

The estimated FedEx shipping times are*:

To USA and Canada: 3 business days.
To Central and South America: 5 business days
To UK: 4 business days
To mainland Europe: 4 business days
To Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark: 5 business days
To Colombia: 1 business day
To the rest of the world: 7 business days

*Please note that this estimated times may sometimes vary, and take a couple days more, if there are unforeseen inconveniences such as weather conditions, natural disasters, mechanical damages of the airplanes, airplane accidents, flight delays for whatever reasons, etc.... Thank you for your understanding!

So please order at least 2 weeks in advance of your event if using FedEx.

All FedEx packages can be tracked in


- Buyers are responsible for paying Customs fees, all applicable taxes, and postal handling fees that may be charged at the destination country.

- Buyers are responsible for providing a correct shipping adress.

- Buyers are responsible for providing their phone number, as it is required by FedEx.
If buyer forgets to leave the phone number with the order I will contact him/her through Etsy's Conversation system and through email.
If I don't receive an answer within 48 hours I wil l unfortunately have to cancel the order, as I can't ship it without the recipient's phone number.

Q- Will my item arrive by XX/XX?
A- I am sorry but I can not guarantee delivery dates if you are using the "standard" shipping method. It depends on the destination country's Customs inspection process and internal delivery process. Thank you for your understanding!

Q- Does this headband fit kids/adults?
A- Yes, my headbands are one size, and fit kids and adults as well.

Q- Can I change the colors in this headband?
A- Yes, you can customize your items as you wish. Please send me a message with your color choices, or leave me a note upon checkout in the "notes to seller" space.

Q- Can I pay an extra fee to get my order rushed?
A- No. I think that wouldn't be fair to the persons in queue before you. I make items in strict order of purchase.
Please rest assured that I always make items as fast as I can, and that I ship each item as soon as possible; always within the stated processing time.

Q- Do you make Wholesale?
A- No, I'm sorry, I am not doing wholesale at the moment.
