Gracious Bridal

Gracious Bridal was started in 2006 by mother and daughter duo, Brenda Cascio and Audrey Craig. We love creating all the fabulous details for weddings and events.

We design and create here in beautiful Austin Texas. Brenda does most of the designing, Audrey designs, proofs, production, and corresponds with customers. Katie and Briana help with proofs, shipping and correspondence. After approval of proofs and designs, some larger orders may be sent to a U.S. printer that we are pleased to partner with.

Our goal is to help brides make their wedding day fabulous! If you see something you love, but would like a different or custom design, just contact us and we will make your dream a reality!! We really are here for YOU!

Started in 2006 by mother-daughter duo, Brenda Cascio and Audrey Craig, we have been a go-to resource for brides and event planners seeking the latest in wedding accessories and favors. Payment
All major credit cards accepted through either Etsy's Direct Checkout or PayPal (you don’t need a PayPal account). Payment is due upon purchase.

Tax is collected for orders shipped within Texas.
Shipping
Our shipping rates are for the continental US. Packages are shipped by USPS, FedEx and UPS. Once shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you so that you may know when to expect it.

As per Etsy's recommendations, we ship ONLY to the address provided upon checkout at Etsy. Please verify that is your correct address before sending the order.

Wrong address? If the address given is incorrect, UPS and FedEx charges $16 and returns the package back to us. That amount is due, plus the second shipping charge incurred to ship the package back out to the correct address.

Rush Orders? Yes, it is available for an additional fee. Please inquire for pricing.

Delayed Shipment? We are not liable for late deliveries due to postal shipping delays. Please allow enough time for your order to be created.

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns:
If the mistake is ours, we will be happy to issue a replacement or full refund.

We accept returns on all non-custom, non-personalized items. Understandably, custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item if you would like to return it. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be issued in order to return the item in as-new condition. Once received in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund for the item -- shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. For your protection, we suggest you use reliable shippers, such as UPS or FedEx, who have an online system to track packages.

Damaged Items: We inspect all items before shipment to make sure they are securely packaged in transit to avoid damage. However, if you receive your order and it is damaged, defective or missing product(s), please report within 72 hours so that we may resolve the issue. We’re nice people :)

Proof Approval: Please review your proof carefully. Your approval assumes complete liability. We are not responsible for any errors such as spelling, color, size, etc after the proof has been approved and entered the production queue.

Additional policies and FAQs
❤ PROOFS ❤ Personalized items come with a free digital proof. This is for you to inspect and make sure we get it right before it hits the press. Please do it promptly so we may get the order into the production queue as quickly as possible. The production time does not begin until the proof is approved. Should the proof not be approved timely, it will delay the production of the order, and the date you receive it. It may then be necessary to incur rush processing fees to receive by your need-by date.

❤ PERSONALIZATION ❤ Please put all personalization details, color options and date needed in the "message to seller" at checkout. We cannot be responsible to match convo's to orders, and if there is no information in the order, it will delay the production.

❤ CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ART ❤ By submitting artwork, you affirm, represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights and permissions to reproduce the content submitted. It will be received by us as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding patent, trademark, copyright, licensing, right of privacy, or other proprietary rights. Gracious Bridal and A Leigh Marketing will be held harmless from all claims arising from these issues.

❤ CANCELLATIONS ❤ If the order has not entered the production queue, we can cancel the order upon request. Once the order enters the production queue, we are unable to cancel. The proof fee is non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.

❤ DEADLINES ❤ We're pretty quick and we honor deadlines. PLEASE PUT YOUR DEADLINE IN THE COMMENT SECTION OF THE ORDER -- We've yet to master reading minds. Even if we have informed you by convo that we can meet your deadline if the order is placed by a certain date, if you do not put the date needed in the order, we will not see it until it comes up for production and by then it may be too late.

❤ REVIEWS ❤ We appreciate your order, and will take excruciating pains to come up with something that you will be thrilled with. If pleased, we certainly appreciate a kind review. CUP SIZE RECOMMENDATIONS

Cup size indicates the amt of liquid held if filled to the tip-top-brim. Sizes are regulated by the US Dept of Weights and Measures. Unsure of the size to order? We recommend larger than you think you need. Please check with your caterer or event planner for more detailed recommendations.
If more than one bar set up, be sure to order enough cups for both.

CAN YOU PRINT MY CUSTOM ARTWORK & LOGOS

Yes! There is a one-time fee of $35 to make the custom plate of your art, and can be used on our other items at no charge. The artwork needs to be submitted as:
--high resolution
--vectorized art
--black and white
--no greys, no shades
--AI or PDF format -no jpgs

By submitting artwork you affirm & warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights & permissions to reproduce the content submitted. It will be received by us as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding patent, trademark, copyright, licensing, right of privacy, or other proprietary rights. Gracious Bridal and A Leigh Marketing will be held harmless from claims.

ARE THE COLORS ACCURATELY REPRESENTED?

Regarding colors, please note: Colors on the digital proofs and photographs are represented as accurately as possible. We calibrate our computers here regularly. However, all computer screens, monitors, and devices are calibrated differently, therefore we cannot be responsible if the color on your screen does not match the actual color. Please contact us if you have a specific color need.

RECOMMENDED NAPKIN QUANTITY - RULE OF THUMB

A basic rule-of-thumb is 4 napkins per guest. This will vary depending upon the length and type of reception. Be mindful that you will want to order more than needed, especially if they will be used for multiple locations throughout the evening. We recommend, if ordering a larger quantity, not putting the date on all the napkins so the remaining napkins may be used at your new home.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on non-customized items. Please contact us within 30 days to receive a return authorization. Shipping is non-refundable.
Custom items are made just for you, therefore we are unable to accept returns and those sales are final.
