Returns and exchange details
Due to the Nature of Our Business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be Sure to Double Check that Your Custom Order Information is Correct Prior to Submitting Your Order.
If you receive a damaged item, let us know within the 24 hrs. of delivery so there is enough time to resolve. Especially for rush orders.
Please send a picture of the damaged item along with a description of the damage to be eligible for a free replacement.
If you receive an item that was made in error, please send a picture along with a description of the Item that was made incorrectly and we will mail you a replacement within 24 hours.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems.
Shipping
Please read the shipping policies before ordering.
Once we have printed out your shipping label, you will automatically receive and confirmation that includes your tracking number.
Make sure your address is current and correct to ensure you receive your package.
IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, we cannot refund if your order is mailed to the wrong address. You will have to purchase a new item and /or shipping label to re-send.
If a package shows as "As-Delivered" by USPS, we are not responsible and we do not refund. You will need to file with your local USPS for the missing package.
