Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If your prints arrive damaged by post, please contact me and I will replace them with new ones, as soon as I receive the damaged ones from you.
The buyer is also responsible for covering the shipping cost of the damaged items back to me.

If you are unhappy with your prints for a different reason, please contact me and I'm sure we will work something out together. I want you to have the best experience with this shop!
