- Return Policy - Because of the vintage nature of products that I sell in my shop, I have a No Return Policy. However, if you experience anything out of the ordinary when you receive your purchase, please message me and I am happy to make amends. In order to receive a refund or exchange (if feasible) I will ask that you ship the item back to me as I shipped to you. Once the item is received, I will then issue credit.
-Shipping Policy. As of October 2023, Grandpa's Throwbacks will not ship to a different street address or recipient after purchase of item(s) from our shop. Your order will be cancelled and money refunded back to you if this should happen.
**When Shipping an item to you, I use recycled shipping materials when they are available to me. So, please don't be alarmed by the initial packaging and know that I carefully wrap and package each item inside with a lot of love because it is special to BOTH of us. Thank you for shopping with me!
