We ship granite boxes using heavy duty 3/16" corrugated cardboard boxes that have been tested to 275 pounds with a 65 pound capacity. Rigid foam lines the box then spray foam is sprayed into a plastic bag, the bag is closed and set in the cardboard box. The granite box is then set on top of the closed plastic bag. We then use bubble wrapping and foam board pieces to block it in. We then put spray foam in another plastic bag, close that bag, set it on top of the granite box and close and seal the cardboard box and let the foam dry. We ship through the United States Postal Service.
