About

Lady Falls into Job

My daughter told me of Esty So I tried my hand at it. I am so stubborn and will not give up .I broke my leg. I picked my self up and asking more questions. I did not do that at first. It really takes a lot of work and a positive attitude. One should not give up or focus on the past..
I started out with unusual doll bassinets that turned into purses. I sold some at Ham Fest at first. Yes I am a real HAM. Ha Ha. Then I talked to others and sold for two years at different festivals. Many like my names like Autumn, Angel, Candy Cane, Strawberry, Fortune Cookie and Rainbow. I made other names later.
I started to make aprons because I knew some did like to cook like me. At first no one bought until after the tornado of Joplin. Then last year (2014) they were selling like hotcakes.

Someone suggested me to work with leather. After all I had worked with it as a child in Girl Scouts and leather as an adult Boy and Girl scout leader. When I found out that you can stamp it, mold, carve, and burn it: I went bananas and wanted to learn more.
In the Future I will have Cartoon Cards, jewelry, paintings, and more leather crafts. Thanks for reading and have a great life adventure. Many smiles, Craftyc
PS. Remember the best gift one can give is the gift of giving.
