The customer service is excellent and was most helpful in assisting me with choosing the right size. I’m VERY happy with my hoodie and can’t wait to wear it! Thanks Everyone and have a blessed Christmas❤️

I've never had any complaints about our metal ornaments. So, I reached out repeatedly to the customer to try to understand what happened. She finally responded with "I expected something ceramic I got a painted coaster.". I was shocked as all of the product information clearly states "metal ornament". It's stated in the product title, the materials and the product details. I also include 2 photos for each metal ornament that clearly shows the product is metal and how thick it is. I'm really disappointed that this customer did not read about what she was purchasing, and then blames it on me.
