Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We begin production right away in order to meet our processing timeline.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If for some reason your product is damaged during shipment, please take a photo to document and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will be happy to replace your item at no cost if we receive notification within 48 hours of when the tracking information shows a status of "delivered".

RETURNS

Since all items are one of a kind, custom made, all sales are final. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us. We will try our best to make you a satisfied customer!

If there is a mistake on custom orders, we will correct the mistake and incur all related costs including shipping.
Payment
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.
Etsy and Paypal handle all Debit and Credit Card transactions on our behalf and then transfer the funds to our bank account. This therefore means, we have no access to customer billing information.

TURNAROUND TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 days depending on how fast we receive your approval of the proof sent to you. After purchase you will receive an electronic draft to preview and approve. Please review and approve your proofs as soon as possible to enable us produce on time. We appreciate working so closely with our customers.

During Holiday season, due to the large volume of orders, our production time may go up to 7 days.
If an order is needed urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order to find out if we will be able to meet your deadline.
We are required by law to charge sales tax of 8% for all transactions from customers located in Texas.
Once a Final Proof is approved we shall not be responsible for any mistakes discovered later after approval.
Shipping
Great Gift World ships items from Arlington, Texas via USPS First Class and Priority Mail.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
An automatic email notification is sent when your item has shipped; this is the same tracking information we have on our end and we are only able to see what you see. We base our delivery estimates on information provided by the Postal Service website.
We all count on the Post office to get your product delivered on time. Once mailed, first class domestic orders take 2-5 business days while Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days for delivery. We will be sure to get your package shipped within the promised time frame, but once it is in the postal service's hands we no longer have any control on the delivery time.
Please be aware that postal delivery dates are simply estimates, not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class international Package.
Please note that USPS First Class International Packages do not provide a tracking number.
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, levies or fees once they arrive.
All items will be shipped to the address provided to Etsy and not Pay pal address.
Shipments to Canada are estimated to take between 8-11 days. All other international orders are estimated to take 1 - 6 weeks. Again, these are the guidelines we derive from the postal service website and ARE NOT a guarantee of delivery time. Please note these estimates do not take into account any delay that may occur in customs sorting. We have no control over how long it may take a package to get through customs and be delivered.

Multiple items will be packaged together if possible.

How do I let you know what I want personalized or included on my order?

While you're in your checkout screen you will see a box that says "note to seller" you will just add all of your personalization and specifications that fit your needs in there.
If you miss this - no worries! Place your order and convo us with your customization details.
We shall then design and send you an electronic draft of your order to preview and approve before we make the final product.

What if I have my own Quotation / Wording instead of the one posted?

Sure! Your order can always be customized the way you want it.
Just go ahead and purchase the posted product and leave us all the instructions regarding your order in the "Note to seller" section at checkout. Your custom order will be made.
After designing, we send you an electronic draft for you to double check.

Are you able to put custom image / Logo to replace what you have on your products?

Sure enough! Place your order and convo us with your customization details and preferred image / Logo.
We shall then design and send you an electronic draft of your order to preview and approve before we make the final product

When will my order ship / What is your processing time / Turn around Period?

Our processing time is 1-3 days for all our products depending on how fast you approve the electronic draft we send you for preview.
Unanswered or slow-responses to convos and emails may delay processing times.

Can I send this to someone directly?

Yes! Fill out the recipients address in the 'Ship To' section at check out. We can include a handwritten note for you {free of charge}. Just leave us all the instructions regarding your Note in the "Note to seller" section at checkout too.
We DO NOT include pricing in our packages, so you're all set there.

Do you send drafts for preview?

When you Purchase any custom product from us, we normally design and send you an electronic draft of your order to preview and approve before we make the final product.
Please review and approve your proofs as soon as possible to enable us produce on time. We appreciate working so closely with our customers.
Once a Final Proof is approved we then proceed to Production.

Can I have a proof before I purchase?

Each design takes time to customize specially for you. For all orders, the design proof is provided to you after purchase. This is very standard for any design work.
After purchase, you will receive your design proof in 1-2 business days. At that point, we are more than happy to make any changes until you are satisfied.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized products due to the nature of the product being personalized just for you. We cannot remove the personalization because they're permanently marked.
This is why it is very important for us and you to check and approve the preview we send out to avoid such occurrences.
