1) First class mail- regular mail : USPS is behind their schedule so they can not tell how long it will take for regular mail to arrive .
+ Turn around time- time to prepare an order: 3-4 business days- depends on the season turnaround time might be different.
+ Transit time: please add turn around time to transit time to have final arriving date. USPS can not tell time it takes to arrive during this pandemic, it might take longer. Transit time can take from 5 days to 12 days in transit or even longer
2) Priority mail : Not a guarantee service by USPS
+ Processing time - time to prepare the order : Take 2-3 days
+ Transit time: Take 2-3 business days to arrive if there is no delay, not a guarantee service
So Priority mail will take about 4-6 business days since order for an order to get to you if there is no delay in transit
3) Express mail : Guarantee service by USPS
+ Processing time - time to prepare the order : Take 2 days
+ Transit time: Take 2-3 days to arrive, guarantee service by USPS
So Express mail will take about 3-5 business days since order for an order to get to you
I ship my orders with USPS- United State Postal Service with no insurance . If you wanted your mail to be ensure, please contact me so I can set up a listing for you
Mails that don't arrive in 30 days are considered as lost and I am not responsible for package lost during shipping according to Etsy policy. Once the order is dropped in the mail - received by USPS , I am not be able to control the shipping time or to speed up the shipping time , or to redirect the package to a new address.

I don't accept return for the following items :
Items which comes with initial, name.
Necklace which is made shorter than 16 inches and longer than 18 inches is custom made for you and I don't accept return for it.
Bracelet which is made different than 7 inches is custom made and I don't accept return for it .
Anklet which is made different than 9 inches is custom made and I don't accept return for it .
Length exchange policy: these items can only be sent back to remade in different length for a fees, $7.00 per necklace and 5$ per bracelet/ anklet plus shipping cost to send back to you.

Toddler ( 12 month - 24 month): 5 or 5.5 inches

0-24 month: 11 inches
2-4 years: 12 or 13 inches
5-10 years: 14 or 15 inches
Teen, small adult 16-17 inches

Small Adult: 16 inches
Medium Adult: 18 inches
Large adult: 20 inches
Care instructions
Please read the listing descriptions carefully for item material.
Item which has plated part is not to wear in the shower, in exercise or to sleep with as sweats can cause them to get tarnish easily. Also avoid to contact with chemicals like shampoo, perfume, lotion.
Recommend to clean jewelry after each use with a dry clean cloth to prevent tarnishing process and keep it in an airtight ziplock when not in use.
Please note these are just tips to slower the tarnishing process as plating jewelry will tarnish eventually to show the base metal color.
For sterling silver :
+ Keep jewelry in an air-tight ziplock when not used. Recommend to wear them everyday and in the shower. Clean it using a jewelry polishing cloth if need it.
