Frequently asked questions
Are your mugs dishwasher/microwave safe?
Yes. You can put the mugs in the dishwasher and microwave. I do suggest placing in the top rack of your dishwasher or hand washing if possible.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes. I do personal orders on a case by case basis. It generally takes 4-6 weeks to turn around one product. Please allow ample timing for products to be done. There are cases, beyond my control, where a product would be mis-fired, and therefor not done in time. Please account for this as well. I will make every effort to remedy and issues during the production process.
Wholesale availability
I am currently unable to do wholesale, or large production orders. Please contact me to see if your order would be workable.
Do you ship international?
Yes, however, the buyer will be responsible for all customs and duties upon arrival. I can not estimate the cost to the buyer. Please be aware that it will cost extra to receive your item.
