The package is made of bubble and craft paper or polysterene boxes in order your artwork arrive safe in it's destination.

I ship your package only after payment's receipt.

The items usually reach their destination in 1 to 2,5 weeks for USA , 5-10 days for Europe and 2-4 weeks for the rest of word. The postal service is slower during holidays, like Christmas. Sometimes in States orders are delaying in ISC (Chicago or New York) if USPS has to handle a lot of parcels. It may be slower because of weather too. They also can be custom opened, which will add extra time for delivery.
A package usually leaves Greece in 1-2 days, after I put your order in the mailbox. Then it becomes your Country's Postal Service issue that is beyond my control. With the tracking number I'm sending, you can search for it anytime at your local post office..

If you need the package to be sent to a different address from the one registered on your etsy account, please tell me in your "message to seller".
