Returns and exchanges

I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please contact me within 5 days after receipt if you wish to return the item. If you live outside the US, you can cancel and return your item up to 14 days after receipt. Mail the item back to me and I will give you a 100% refund of the item. I cannot offer returns on custom orders. Sorry.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. All custom orders must be paid for up front. I do not start on any custom orders until payment is received.
I try to ship all non-custom orders within 48 hours after I receive payment. Custom orders are shipped depending on the order. If you need a rush order, please let me know.
All California residents must pay sales tax.
Shipping
International Orders - All items are mailed USPS First Class International Package Services which takes approx 10-20 business days. Please let me know if you wish to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail 6-10 business days or Express Mail 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers for International mail are only available with Priority Mail or Express Mail. Please be aware that some International countries might charge you with a VAT, GST, or customs duty fee upon receipt of the package.
