As always, very fast shipping and package with thought and care. These frames are truly one-of-a-kind, and very beautiful. I have several and prefer them over all other frames as they both add beauty to the image framed and allow the image to take priority

All frame orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Shelves and mirrors ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Parcel Select.
Tracking is provided for all orders.
Jewelry ships by USPS First Class Mail. Insurance is an additional $2. Let us know if you would like to add on insurance before placing your order.
Please make sure your Etsy address is current. This is where we ship all orders.
Let us know if the item is a gift and you would like it sent to a different address. We're happy to include a handwritten message for your recipient.
If you want to ship to a P.O. box or need expedited shipping, contact us before placing your order so that we can adjust the shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges
We do not give refunds for items that have been damaged, unless it has been caused during transit. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know the item has been damaged so that we can file a claim.
We do not give refunds for jewelry damaged during shipment, unless you have purchased the optional insurance. Please let us know asap, so that a claim can be filed with the Postal Service.
We will credit your account promptly upon receipt of your return.
We do not accept returns for custom orders.

We guarantee our products will last for many generations. We will repair or replace any item that has a structural defect.
Our products are handcrafted using time honored woodworking methods and are free of defects at the time of shipment. Each item is individually made to ensure quality and longevity. Items will contain nail holes, cracks, knots, and insect damage. This does not affect the integrity of the product. We believe it adds to the beauty and uniqueness of reclaimed wood.
If you believe your item needs repair, please convo us to let us know.
We guarantee all of our jewelry to be free of defects at time of purchase. Repairs will be made on a case by case basis.
