For any changes in the designs/colors please contact us before the purchase, for quotations and timeline details.

FONTS: The existing font may be swapped for another font seen in a design in my shop, for a minimal fee. Please note some fonts have special features that may not be available with another font.

WORDINGS: Wording can be changed to fit your needs. No customization fee.

COLORS: The text colors can be changed for no extra fee, but changes in flower colors would be for a minimal customization fee.

CARD STOCK/ENVELOPES/BACKING: We have a variety of papers to choose from- please contact us for any custom needs.
We can also print return address on the envelopes, please contact us for quotations.

We work meticulously to make sure that you have what you are looking for. Due to the customized nature of wedding stationery, refunds, replacements, exchanges are not possible.

Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours of purchase, there is a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation is only available to those who have not received a proof, print or any other format of their customized stationery via email, mail, or other method.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any customs import duties and taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) dependent on their country's tax regulations. For items for which are being returned for a refund and may have a customs charge made by the Indian authorities to import the item back into India- we will have to pay this fee but will deduct it from the refund amount due. Before any of your paper goods go to press you will see a digital proof/mockup via the Etsy conversations.
All proofs must be approved and signed off on prior to sending them to press. Any changes after the artwork has been sent to press will incur additional fees.
The proofing session will take place until the final design is approved. We want clients to be thrilled with their design, so we don't cap the number of proofs; it usually takes two rounds to get the design finalized. GreenMango Kraft is not responsible for any errors or typos that were approved by the client.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THE SINGLE ACRYLIC OPTION FOR SAMPLES. Please contact us or purchase the "samples" option from the drop-down menu in the listing.

A pre-made non-customized, generic design of a sample set can be purchased to get an idea of the material and quality of our invites and other products. Sample cost is additional, depending on the destination shipping country. ($25-$30 per set) Please contact us for a sample purchase LINK, if you need anything specific.
We may or may not have the design that you like in the sample set, specify if you need any particular design and we will let us know of its availability accordingly.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information and your package will arrive between 4-6 business days. Shipping is not free for our products, we incorporate the shipping costs in the quote which can be seen in the listing link, that we send you for the purchase.
