We shipped this item within one business day as we offer on all our orders. It was shipped USPS Priority as requested and tracking indicates USPS is experiencing delays. We did everything in our control to ship your package in a timely manner, I think your poor review is aimed at the wrong persons and maybe should be directed to USPS instead of taking your frustrations out on us.
