I rated 3 stars on shipping because other hair art pieces are shipped in small sturdy boxes insulated with plastic wrap, which was very affective. Shipping this way in the future could avoid resending product damaged in envelope. I love the delicate heart shape, do they come in other colors? Pink, red or blue?

Hi Rachel, thank you so much for your feedback! I have made updated my packaging, but due to a time crunch, I do not think I was able to resend your order with updated protection. At this time, green is the only color these come in, but I have considered adding similar colorful flower charms in various colors so look out for those! :)

2 out of 5 starsBought these for my wedding but unfortunately was not able to use them because I got a notice from the post office that there was still $3.19 in postage owed and would not deliver the package until it was paid. I put the money in the mailbox but the post office did not get it redelivered before my wedding day :/ please make sure you pay enough postage when sending items to your customers. I would hate for someone to have the same problem.

I assure you all postage is paid when sending orders, and this is not something I have run into before. I would love to refund you for the extra amount you paid in postage if you send me a message. Hey! I'm Claire
As a kid, I always had an eye for design and a need to create. From clothing, to decor, to charcuterie, I've done it all. Through college, I found myself striving so hard to prove myself in my career that I pushed all of my other interests aside. I recently quit one of my jobs, and am taking my life back from my underpaid and overworked lifestyle.
While I still work in the cross roads of sustainability and music, I'm getting back to my creative side and shifting my long-term goals. When not creating for my shop, I can be found working on sustainability with local music venues, building out spaces at music festivals, watering the personal jungle that is is taking over my house, and basking in the sun like a lizard.
