I ordered this doll for my granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived at their home well packaged and on time, with a couple of nice little paper flowers added to the packaging that both of my granddaughters really enjoyed playing with. I think my granddaughter is going to like this doll; she smiled at the doll as soon as she saw her and I take that as a good sign. This is a well-made doll with no buttons or loose parts, and is safe for a small baby.

About

My love of crafting is rather unavoidable -- it's probably genetic!

There is a long history of crafters in my family. Right now in my house you can find quilts made by my grandmother, mother, and aunt. There's an apron my sister made, using some of our grandmother's fabric stash. I am often wrapped in an afghan crocheted by another aunt, and I just put away one of her embroidered tablecloths. Her handmade stockings for my boys go on display every Christmas. And, my late dad's wood shaver is in my craft room. My love of crafting is rather unavoidable -- it's probably genetic!

My mom introduced me to crafting when I was a child through a tiny counted cross-stitch ornament, and there's very few crafts I haven't tried since then. (No, seriously--try me!) That curious nature has led me to create the variety of items you'll find in the shop.

I have always loved dolls of all kinds, and my mom fed that by sewing clothes for them. I had a full wardrobe for my Cabbage Patch dolls! Man, I was spoiled! But, we both got so much joy from it.

I hope to be able to share some of that joy by creating dolls that will find their way into little hands that will squeeze them, love them, and drag them everywhere they go!

I'm the maker behind Greenberry Street. I played with any doll I could get my hands on when I was little, and often carried one with me. I am delighted at the thought that I could create that kind of heirloom doll for your special girl!

Hi, and welcome to Greenberry Street, the home of great gifts! It was my childhood home, where my mom first introduced me to crafting by way of a baby counted cross-stitch pattern. I've been a maker ever since. Please look around and see what has inspired me! You just might find that perfect gift you didn't know you needed!
