- Return Guidelines:
Returns must be made within 7 days of the arrival date. Shipping cost for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items must not be used. If we inspect the item and it has been used, we have the right not to approve the return. Please use a carrier that will supply a tracking number and keep the tracking number until your credit has been processed. We are not responsible for any lost packages by the carrier for your return.

- If you have not received your package with in a reasonable amount of time please contact us via Email at info@greenlivingsoap.com and we will do my best to locate your package.

- All orders generally ship with in 1-2 business days, Exception Holidays, Natural disaster, Etc.

- A tracking number will be provide with every order shipped. We Try our best to get your order out as quick as possible.

- The information in my shop is solely for educational purposes, and has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. All information and products in my shop are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease or illness.

- All our products have stated weights and we try to make every endeavor to ensure the weight is correct. However because all our products are handmade, the weight can vary by +/-10%. Small imperfections/differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.

- As with any new product, we recommend you test a small area of skin to ensure no reactions occur. If a reaction occurs, discontinue use.

- Green Living Soap LLC is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt or have sensitive skin, always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product. If you have or suspect that you have a medical condition please contact your health care provider immediately.

- Custom orders available upon request. (No refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders.) Leave any specific requests/instructions at checkout, including scent of your choice. If you do not leave your scent, I will choose any scent for you based off the color/product you chose.

- We believe in everyone's right to privacy! I do not use customer information to create advertising audiences, nor do I share/sell or rent customer private information data. I do not use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information.
