I offer 14 karat gold filled, sterling silver and plated jewelry.

I recommend removing jewelry when showering, in the pool or at the beach. Avoid spaying perfumes or applying creams directly onto your jewelry.

To clean, simply polish with a jewelry cloth.

Sterling silver and plated items will tarnish over time. Taking proper care of your jewelry will minimize these effects.

The most popular length for necklaces is 18 inches.
To properly measure for a bangle, measure the width between your pinky and index finger and leave that measurement in the notes to seller.

Each item or jewelry set is individually packaged in a gift box. The gift box is complimentary and included to protect your piece of jewelry. If a box becomes damaged in transit, we do not replace the box. We do replace any jewelry that is damaged. We apologize in advance.

I am always more than happy to add a personal message card or cards to your purchase, just write a note in the notes to seller with your message.

All items with the exception of custom or bulk orders (orders containing more than 5 items) typically ship within 3-8 business days (this does not include transit ) but please read shop notice about current processing times because they may vary due to order volume.

Each item is made to order, if you need your item sooner, please contact me prior to purchasing to make arrangements.

When will your item ship? Just go to your purchases, click on "view receipt" and you will see a scheduled to ship by date or you can always contact me.

All items are shipped USPS and a tracking number is automatically emailed to you by Etsy. If you have any problems receiving your item, please contact
me and I will help you resolve it.

International customers: These are fees assessed by your country. They are completely beyond my control and in addition to your purchase and shipping charges. Please look into this prior to purchasing.

If you would like your package insured please contact me before purchasing. There is an additional charge for all purchases under $100

It is possible for us to change it after checkout but we do not always see convos requesting an address change. We cannot be held accountable for packages being delivered to the wrong address, forwarded or delayed if it is the address chosen by you during the checkout process. When we purchase shipping labels, the address chosen at checkout is the address that is automatically printed on the label.

It takes 4-6 business days to make your order, each item is made by hand, one at especially for you. Add an additional 2-5 days transit time in the US, international shipping/transit times vary greatly, allow up to 4 weeks.
To see when your item is scheduled to ship: Go to your "my purchases" page, click on your receipt and you will find "scheduled to ship by date" at the bottom of receipt. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.

IMPORTANT: I ship to the address on file with Etsy. Please notify me if you need your order shipped to a different address. It is your responsibility to be sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address:
a. If the package is returned to me by the USPS, it can be reshipped once a reshipment fee is paid.
b. If the package is marked as delivered and not received by either party, a report will need to be filed with the USPS for theft/missing mail by you and the post office mat request you sign an affidavit for stolen mail.
