Sizing details
If you purchase or plan to purchase a Paracord Comfort Harness, please be aware it is NOT adjustable. If you purchase this harness, you will get a "mock up" harness in the mail to make sure the measurements given are correct. Once you receive this, try it on your dog to make sure the size is correct, if anything needs to me adjusted make a note on the harness and MAIL IT BACK. I will not begin to work on your harness until I have received verification of the sizing and the mock up harness back to me. If when you receive the actual harness the sizing is off, please take a few photos of where it needs to be adjusted and mail it back, I will fix it and ship it back to you with the correct sizing.
Custom and personalized orders
Since all items are custom made for you (the buyer), many times it is not possible for all information needed for the order to be listed in the variations given per listing. In this case, I will send a Convo on Etsy (followed by email if no response) to find out the remaining information not given. ALL information for an item can be inputted into the "Notes to seller" box (below the item you are purchasing) when checking out. EVEN if it was selected in variations! This makes sure I see what you want with your custom purchase, and allows me to ship items sooner then the listed shipping date (usually).
