We're a two man team living on an off-grid homestead and mountaintop preserve in the Appalachians of West Virginia. We respectfully ask for everyone's understanding and patience, as we receive a lot of orders and messages, and have the demanding schedule of living on a self-sufficient homestead. We schedule services on a first-come, first-served basis, and return reports as soon as possible.

We make every effort to ship packages promptly, though there may be a 1-2 week wait time-- we aim to ship items 1-2 times a week, but are subject to Mother Nature's favor, as some of the roads down from our mountains become impassable during heavy rain and other inclement weather Thanks very much for your understanding!

**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS**  PLEASE CONTACT US ABOUT SHIPPING ITEMS ABOVE 12 OUNCES/340 GRAMS IN WEIGHT AND/OR $50 USD IN VALUE. (Excluding booster kits included with rituals.) While Etsy will allow customers to check out with an indefinite amount/weight of items, we CANNOT ship packages internationally that:

• Weigh more than 12 ounces/340 grams
• Contain more than one glass item
• Contain more than 1 ounce of liquid
• Contain seeds or pods, or animal products that may be invasive/illegal in your area
• Contain items totaling more than $50

*We MAY be able to accommodate special orders from established international clients. Contact us to make special shipping arrangements. 

If we receive an international order that exceeds these specifications, we will issue you a refund and message you to discuss alternatives.

MESSAGE RESPONSE TIME: Please be patient when waiting to hear from us about scheduling a service, answering an inquiry, or follow-up discussion of a completed reading or service. We are a team of two people who do our best to give our customers one-on-one personal attention in and amongst the demands of other paid work and running an active farm/homestead. We receive a high volume of messages each day, so it may be several business days before you hear back from us, depending on the urgency and volume of our other active orders. Also be aware that while we will make every effort to answer your questions and provide general q&a or simple coaching after a completed reading or service, we are not able to provide indefinite support via Etsy messages. Feel free to ask us about ongoing coaching arrangements if you are interested in longer term mentorship!

Some tips for helping us respond to you efficiently:

-Don't ask IF you can ask a question: just ask the question! This could save days of back and forth/response time.

-When asking whether we can help with your situation, providing more specific details about you/the goal will get you a more personalized helpful response than simply asking us a general question like, "can you do a love spell?"

-Rather than asking if we CAN do something, assume that we can probably do whatever it is you're looking for, and instead ask what service would be the best fit for what you're trying to do. The quicker you tell us the details about what you need, the quicker we'll be able to help!

-If asking us about an item we sent you, please send a photo or detailed description of the item. We send out MANY orders a week, and cannot remember everything we send to every client.

- We often get asked what kind of bird the feathers we include in each package are from. These are from our personal flock at the homestead, which includes chickens, ducks, and ringneck doves. The most common feather we include is from our chickens. Rest assured, they're a very spoiled and happy bunch!
