GrievousAngelDesigns' Shop Policies
There are two ways to pay for your purchases in my shop:
1. Major credit card directly through Etsy
2. A credit card via PayPal
Both payment methods are very secure.
Remember that you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. Just select the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click on the "PAY NOW" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Local buyers may contact me to arrange for pick up within Austin city limits (the town, not the TV show).
I ship items via USPS First-Class Mail, which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery in the U.S. and 1-2 weeks everywhere else. Delivery times may vary dependent on the country of destination, weather conditions and other factors beyond our control.
I do not insure shipments. If you would like your purchase insured, please convo me to determine the additional charge. Overnight/express shipping available upon request; convo me for a price quote.
I will ship your package to the address listed in your Etsy account, unless you request that I ship your order to a different address. Please make sure that address is correct.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase!
Please read these policies regarding returns and exchanges:
1. Please let me know if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase within 3 days of receiving your item. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item and must be approved by me prior to returning the item.
2. Refunds will only be issued if the item is defective. All other returns will receive in-store credit only. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
