Returns and exchange details
EU customers have 14 days to contact me after receiving the item about a return. This does not apply to custom-made products, digital items, certain perishable goods, or goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons and are unsealed after delivery.
If a refund is truly warranted, the full amount of the item will be refunded, MINUS the shipping cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once the returned item is received back at the shop, a refund will be issued. Use Delivery Confirmation when returning an item. Refunds could take up to 30 days.

If you are ordering a Custom Order, or a Made to Order Item payment must be made before work begins on the item. See additional information below for Custom Orders.
Your item will come carefully packaged, to insure it is not damaged in transport. Insurance is included with ALL items. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases. Shipping is through USPS Priority for USA Buyers or First Class for International Buyers.
International packages will be shipped USPS First Class with Insurance included (when available). THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES, or DUTIES THAT MAY BE APPLIED. Tracking is not guaranteed once once your item is outside the USA.
LOST, MISSING, or STOLEN PACKAGE: First Class and Priority Mail do not have guaranteed transit times by USPS. Priority mail is not considered lost for 15 days after shipment. First Class is not lost until 20 days after shipment. This is USPS and Shipsurance Guidelines. I can not file a Claim until this time has passed. I will not refund or reship under any circumstances until that time has passed and your package is deemed lost. THE POST OFFICE DOES NOT APPROVE CLAIMS FOR PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED.
For order whose ship by date falls on a postal/national holiday, an additional business day may be added to the original ship by date whether or not I adjust it through Etsy. Etsy does not include holidays in the calculation of processing time when creating the ship by date. My original processing time still applies. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
If an order is not claimed by the buyer and/or the package is returned to the Studio by the Post Office, the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to ship the order a second time. In lieu of reshipping the package, if the order has been received back at the studio and the buyer no longer wants/needs it I will refund the amount of the order LESS original shipping charges. Refunds could take up to 30 days. I am not responsible or lost packages or packages deliver to an incorrect address provided by the customer. I will not reship or refund for an incorrect address given. I am required by Etsy to ship to the address provided or an updated address given to me prior to shipping. Please check the address you provided when your order is placed and notify me of any changes right away. If it is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, unfortunately the customer will need to reorder.
If you wish to use an alternate form of shipping, please contact me before or during the time of purchase. Extra costs may apply for upgraded shipping. Items will be shipped as Merchandise and NOT Gifts. AGAIN THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES, or DUTIES THAT MAY BE APPLIED.
Additional policies and FAQs
MADE TO ORDER: Made to order pieces are just that. They are made when ordered. All Made to Order items will dealt with in a timely fashion and should stay true to their turn around times. But as with life, delays happen. It an item is delayed you will be notified. Orders can be canceled within 3 days of the purchase, but cannot be canceled after that or after the item ships.
